Anathema heeft iets te vieren op Prognosis festival

Het festival had met Focus al een mooie headliner. Nu komt daar nog meer schoons bij.

'We're Here Because We're Here' viert in 2020 de tiende verjaardag en Anathema viert dat met een Europese tournee. In de Benelux is het naar Eindhoven dat je moet, waar de band het album in de bloemetjes zet.

Leadgitarist en zanger Danny Cavanagh zegt over de tour in een persbericht: "We never usually do anniversary tours of particular albums, but in the case of 'We're Here Because We're Here,' which is the album that began our rebirth, we feel this is something we want to do. What I love about this album and that time in our journey is the life affirming qualities in the music. It's an album of hope, reflection, of summer, of an intense uplifting emotion. We will do all we can to augment the trip with a never before seen light and video show to enhance the experience. Join us in the dreaming light."

Er is trouwens nog meer nieuws, want de band tekende onlangs bij Mascot en zal in 2020 ook nog een nieuw album uitbrengen.
