Fischer-Z lost nog single van nieuwe plaat

Op 8 oktober moet dat nieuwe album verschijnen

Aan 'Til The Ocean Overflow', het nieuwe album van Fischer-Z wordt momenteel de laatste hand gelegd, maar frontman John Watts wilde toch ook nu al graag van zich laten horen met een nieuwe single en videoclip, die niet op de nieuwe plaat zal staan.

Het is een "pandemic inspired song", zegt hij daarover. "It's a phrase i've heard a lot during the pandemic. The Same Boat song tells the stories of three fictional cases: an old man, a Trinidadian nurse and a teenage girl. The refrain is 'We're in the same boat in a perfect storm'. Case figures have shown that wealth, ethnicity and class disprove this theory".
